Please note that online bookings cut off 48 hrs prior to tour departure, so please email us on email@example.com if you would like to book a tour within that 48 hr period (it may still be available)
HOW TO BOOK
Where you see the blue “Check Availability and Book Online” button next to a tour, you can book that tour directly. You will notice that not all our tours have this facility. Where this option is not available for a tour, you need to go with Option 2 below. If you have any questions regarding a tour and want to chat to us before booking, then Option 2 below would also apply.
Please note, however, that this facility has a cut-off time, so you will not, eg. be able to book a tour today for tomorrow. For those bookings you will need to call us on +27 87 701 3492.
For those booking a scheduled (ie non-private, small group) tour, please note that we require a minimum of 2 persons to initiate these small group tours. If you are wanting to book for 1 pax, check with us first. Should you go ahead with the booking and if no tour is yet available, you will be contacted informing you that you are wait-listed. 24 hours before the tour departure, we will either confirm or cancel the booking (see Terms & Conditions).
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your choice of tour, date and any questions you may have. We guarantee a 24 hour response time – usually much less.
Once you have decided on a tour, we will set up a payment reference on our secure online payment system for you to make a deposit payment (see Terms & Conditions).
If you are in South Africa/Cape Town already and would like to book by phone, please call +27 87 701 3492. You will need to have your credit card and contact details ready (preferably email, but mobile will also do). We will then confirm details via email or text message.
